" It's your job to love and accept yourself. No one else." - Jules
Ok, tell me I'm not the only one hearing voices in my head? I'm not talking about random voices from imaginary people....I'm talking about that bashful voice that keeps you from playing big. The one that shuts you down when you go after your dreams. You know, the one that tells you how shitty you are or how people will make fun of you if you fail. Do you have that too?
First, you aren't the only one. I've wrestled with my inner critic all my life. Watch my powerful video that shows you exactly what I mean.
Today, I open up about the steps I used to conquer my own critic. And look, the truth is, these steps might not work for you. You might need to tweak them and make them your own. There is no "right" way here. Only the way that works for you. Also, keep in mind that this is not an over night solution to self-love & acceptance. If anyones says otherwise, they are probably trying to sell you something.
I have nothing to sell you beside the following though: what if you could reduce the negative dialogue you inflict upon yourself everyday? What if you could reduce enough to allow you to take action towards what scares you the most? What kind of person would you become if the inner critic transformed into inner nurturing?
If there's one thing I need you sell you is the idea that creating a positive inner dialogue with yourself is possible. It won't always be perfect, there are days I still struggle with mine. But, I am 50% better than I was years ago and trust me, that's a massive improvement in the quality of my life and relationships. You can get there too. With time, practice and support.
I'm your biggest fan and I'm here to cheer you on all the way! Come spend some intimate time with me, one on one, on a solo episode where I explain the process I used behind conquering my inner critic.
